1. Who these terms are with

This website is published by Beatiful House s.r.o., Záběhlická 1721/41, Záběhlice, 106 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, company registration number 27594327, VAT identification number CZ27594327 (“the publisher”, “we”). Full details are in the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

vestrova.online publishes editorial commentary about consumer security software, funded by affiliate commissions. It is a publication, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell.

Specifically, this site does not:

• sell any product or licence, or take any payment;
• process orders, manage subscriptions, issue refunds or handle cancellations;
• provide technical support for any product;
• give professional security, legal or financial advice;
• act as agent for, or on behalf of, any manufacturer or seller.

If you buy something after following a link from here, the contract is between you and that seller, on that seller’s terms, and any question about it must be raised with them.

3. The limits of the information published

We take care with what we publish, and the editorial policy sets out how. Even so:

• Product features, prices, plan names, device counts and regional availability change frequently and differ between countries. Information here is correct as at the review date shown on the page and may be out of date by the time you read it.
• Where anything on this site conflicts with the manufacturer’s own current information or with the terms presented to you at the point of purchase, the manufacturer’s information prevails. Check the seller’s page before you buy.
• Nothing here is a warranty about any product, and no security product can be guaranteed to prevent infection, fraud or data loss.
• General commentary is not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

4. Advertising

Links marked partner link are affiliate links that earn the publisher a commission. This is disclosed at the top of every page carrying them, beneath every such link, and in full on the advertising disclosure page. Your price is unaffected.

5. Permitted use

You may read, print and share this site for your own information, and quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not:

• republish substantial parts of the text or the diagrams without written permission;
• present the content as your own or remove attribution;
• scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the site, or use it to train a model, without written permission;
• attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or impose a load on it that degrades it for others.

The editorial text, the page design and the original SVG diagrams are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks named on this site remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively only, to identify the products discussed. The publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to sites we do not control, including advertisers, manufacturers and testing laboratories. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or the whole of it, at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from any decision to buy or not to buy a product, from the conduct of any seller, or from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory statutory rights of a consumer under the law of their country of residence.

This site sets no cookies and collects no personal data beyond a short-lived server access log. See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, carrying the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
